Refunds/Exchanges:
Due to the personalization/monogramming of the items there are no returns. If there is an error or a defect in the product, then you have 7 business days from the date of receipt to notify us and make arrangements for a replacement item.

**There will not be a refund issued if your item does not arrive by the date it is required. A replacement item will not be shipped if the package is lost or stolen after it has been scanned at the post office. Once the package is scanned at the post office, the postal system is responsible from that point until it reaches the delivery address.
